Driving up Sand Mountain, I noticed the leaves on the trees beginning to change. The green color has begun to fade and there is a hint of yellow and red. Our calendar told us it was autumn on September 23, but I never believe it until I hear rattling leaves under my feet. Fall is my favorite season!
As seasons change on the calendar, yet we look for tangible signs which we can see and feel. In the world which we live, often politicians and news reports tells us one thing, but we feel something different in our lives and sense something brewing beyond our natural senses. We are living in strange times. What do we need to do? For starters, double down on our spiritual disciplines such as prayer, intercession, study of God’s Word, fellowship with other believers, and obedience to those nuanced urgings of Holy Spirit.
God is not surprised by anything, nor should we. “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places” (Eph. 6:10-12 NKJV).
School has begun in Haiti. We have approximately four hundred students. Things have always been difficult in this poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. With the current security issue with the gangs controlling many parts of the country especially in the capitol, it makes life even harder. Food and gasoline prices are even higher than ever. Uncertainty abounds.
In the middle of these difficulties, we have a toilet problem at our school. The old toilets are full and dilapidated. We need to build more adequate toilet facilities to accommodate our great number of students and to build them so they can be pumped out in the future. If you would like to help with this greatly needed project, please note “Toilet” when contributing. Thank you!

Your regular support for our ongoing ministries is very important. Thank you for being part of the miracle every month to help others. In many parts of the world, about 2,500 people are spiritually ministered to every week under the banner of this ministry. Approximately 500 each week receive food assistance. Many more are also touched by our online ministry efforts and resources. We appreciate your prayers and support for Pathway Outreach Ministries.
On September 24th, I preached at Eglise Porte Etroite (Haitian Church in Albertville). We had a great meeting with three individuals who accepted Jesus! We praise God for these.

Sunday morning, October 8th, I ministered at New Life Christian Center in Sardis City, Alabama. I preached an illustrated message about the Tabernacle of Moses. You can view it on YouTube HERE.
In November, I am scheduled to be a speaker at a morning session of a three day convention on November 2-4, 2023 at Ministerio Luz de las Naciones in Albertville. The convention is called CAMC 2023 [registration and ticket for the convention is required]. Visit their Facebook page here.
