Journey Update: July 2022
This month we celebrated 4th of July (Independence Day in the United States). We are praying for another spiritual awakening in our land. For sure, every country has its problems but the greatness of a country depends on where they look for solutions.
There is a correlation in the spiritual realm that manifests in the earthly realm. Some Christians often overlook this or they are not aware of it at all. We especially see in the Old Testament that Israel was blessed when they were obedient to God but cursed when they were disobedient. “Righteousness exalts a nation, But sin is a reproach to any people” (Proverbs 14:34 NKJV). Pray for a spiritual renewal in America!
I appreciate all your prayers for my health. The doctors have released me to my normal activities. I am doing well by God’s grace and have good stamina now. I thank Jesus for my healing.
The last week of June I was blessed to preach three nights of revival at Millers Hollow Community Church with Pastor Mitchell Gibbs. Brother Mitchell and I graduated high school together and are good friends. It was a blessed time of worship and refreshing from the Lord. He has a beautiful rustic church he and his members built with their own hands.

In last month’s update I mentioned the need for uniforms and books for our students in Haiti. We appreciate the great response. We have received donations that have fully funded this project. For this we are so thankful to you all and to our Lord for abundantly blessing us. This is such a blessing for our students in one of the poorest countries.
I have talked with several people who are familiar with shipments to Haiti and the insecurity of travel and transportation in Haiti. Most of you also know our CareBoxes were stolen in January by the gangs as the cargo was enroute from the warehouse to our school. This coming year we are out of good and safe shipping options. It breaks my heart but this year we will NOT be sending CareBoxes to Haiti. I appreciate everyone who has been faithful to help us with the gifts for our kids. I know this breaks your hearts also. We will try to send some funds to Pastor Baptiste to purchase some things in-country for the kids. I appreciate your understanding.

There seems to be troubles throughout the world and here in the United States, but we must be faithful with what God places in our hands to do. This ministry touches the lives of about 2500 people each week with spiritual bread and about 500 people each week with physical bread. Our method of fundraising is simply through prayer and seeking to be close to the heart of Jesus. God has blessed us through His wonderful people for 28 years. Thank you all!!!
We thank you all for your loving and consistent support. Please continue to pray for this ministry and for all who labor in the Gospel throughout the world. Jesus is faithful and His people are like Him. You all look a lot like Jesus to me.
Rejoicing in the salvation which is by grace through faith, I am…
Yours on the Journey,
Harry L. Whitt
